Picking a date sends a request, not a confirmation. A $75 deposit holds a slot once we have confirmed the job, and it comes off your total.
How this one is priced
A base price covers up to 3 rooms. Each room after that is $40, and a staircase is $50.
Extra rooms are cheap on purpose rather than as a discount. The machine, the solution and the round trip to fetch it all get paid for by the first 3 rooms; the fourth room adds about half an hour and no new cost, so it would be dishonest to charge it like the first.
Carpet that needs restoring rather than cleaning is a different job, and we will say so instead of taking the booking.

In full, both directions. If something you need is not on the first list it is not quietly assumed — add it to your quote and we will price it properly.

The published price covers up to six rooms. Beyond that, or where carpet needs restoring rather than cleaning, we quote it by hand.
