Picking a date sends a request, not a confirmation. A $75 deposit holds a slot once we have confirmed the job, and it comes off your total.
How this one is priced
By hand, from photos. Commercial space varies far more than a home does — the restrooms, the floor type and the hours available change the job more than the square footage.
The wizard asks for the size, the kind of space, how many restrooms, how often, and whether it has to happen outside business hours. Recurring work is quoted per visit, so you can see what each visit costs before committing to a schedule.
You get the scope in writing with the price. Nothing gets added on the night.
