How we work

Crecy cleans the jobs. Not a dispatcher, not a crew that changes between visits, not a subcontractor who was given your address this morning. The person who quoted your job is the person standing in your kitchen.

That is worth knowing in both directions. It means the same standard every visit and someone who remembers your house. It also means a calendar that genuinely fills up, and that if Crecy is ill your clean moves rather than being handed to a stranger — which is written into the terms rather than discovered on the day.

Most cleaning quotes stay vague until someone is standing in your kitchen, and the gap between what you pictured and what was quoted is where nearly every bad day in this business starts.

So the scope is published in full and in both directions — what is included, and what is not. The not-included list is the useful half. It is dated, and when it changes the change is published, so what you agreed to is still there to point at later.

There are no in-person estimates. Pricing works from photos you send from your phone, which takes about four minutes and does not require you to be home, take time off, or let someone walk your house before you have decided anything.

Your photos are stored privately and used to price and plan your job. They are not published, not put in a gallery, and not shown to anyone outside the business without you saying so first.

Crecy wears a body camera while working. It records video only, never sound. It is off in bathrooms, and off in bedrooms while anyone is home. Footage is kept 30 days, used to check our own work, and never published or used in advertising.

If you would rather we did not record at your home, say so. It changes nothing else about your booking and it does not change your price.

Picking a date does not confirm anything, and the site will never tell you it has. A person reviews every job, confirms the final price and the time, and only then is the slot yours. You hear back either way.

Nothing is charged while a request is still a request.
