Privacy

We collect what we need to quote your job, turn up at the right house, and take payment. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone who is not helping us do those three things.

Your name, email address, phone number and the address of the property. What you told us about the job — service, home size, condition, add-ons and any notes.

The photos you upload. Payment records: what was charged, when, and whether it cleared. We never see or store your card number.

Body camera footage from your clean, if you agreed to it.

Photos are stored privately and used only to price and plan your job. They are not published, not put in a gallery, and not shown to anyone outside the business without you saying yes first.

Location data and other hidden information is stripped from every photo when you upload it. We do not keep it, and we could not recover it if we wanted to.

Crecy wears a body camera while working. It records video only — no sound is recorded at any time.

The footage is used to check our own work and to settle any question about what happened during a clean. It is never published, never used in advertising, and never shared outside the business unless you ask us to or the law requires it.

The camera is switched off before entering a bathroom, and before entering a bedroom while anyone is home.

Footage is kept for 30 days and then deleted.

If you would rather we did not record at your home, say so and we will not. It changes nothing else about your booking, and it does not change your price.

Our payment processor, to take payment and issue refunds. Our email provider, to send you quotes, confirmations and receipts. Our hosting and database provider, which stores the data on our behalf.

That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, we do not trade it, and we do not use it to advertise to you anywhere else.

Body camera footage: 30 days, then deleted.

Photos: until the job is finished and paid, and then for one year in case a question comes up about the work.

Quotes, bookings and payment records: seven years, because tax and accounting rules require it.

Ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you. Ask us to correct something wrong, and we will.

Ask us to delete what we hold, and we will — except records we are required to keep for tax purposes, which we will name for you rather than quietly retain.

Ask us not to record you, at any time, and we will not.
