Wash, dry and fold, using your machines, in your home. Nothing ever leaves the house. Book it on its own, or add it to a clean.
$120 per visit
Picking a date sends a request, not a confirmation. A $75 deposit holds a slot once we have confirmed the job, and it comes off your total.
How this one is priced
$120 per visit, standalone — up to 3 hours, as many loads as fit.
Priced by time rather than by load, deliberately. What decides how long a laundry visit takes is your dryer, and charging by the load would put that risk on the person who does not own the machine.
As an add-on to a clean it is per load instead, because the cleaning absorbs the waiting.

In full, both directions. If something you need is not on the first list it is not quietly assumed — add it to your quote and we will price it properly.

- Wash, dry and fold in your machines
- Everyday clothing, towels and pyjamas
- Basic household linens
- Matching ordinary pairs of socks
- Folded and left where you ask
Not included
- Any help with bathing, dressing, moving around or medication
- Dry-clean-only or hand-wash-only items
- Ironing and steaming
- Stain removal or treating existing stains
- Anything needing specialty care or repair
- Heavily soiled or contaminated items
- Rugs, and pet bedding with heavy soiling
- Shoe cleaning
We do laundry and cleaning, and only that. Anything on this list we will tell you about rather than attempt.
