If we have already emailed you
Just reply to it. Every email we send carries a reply address a person actually reads, so the quickest way to change a date, add a gate code or ask about an invoice is to answer the email you already have.
What to expect
Every request gets an answer either way — we do not leave them sitting, and we do not go quiet on the ones we are turning down. Submitting a date sends a request, not a confirmation, so nothing is held and nothing is charged until we have come back to you with a final price and you have agreed to it.
Cancellations, deposits and what happens if we damage something are all written out in the terms, and what happens to your photos and footage is in the privacy notice.
