Laundry Pickup & Delivery
We pick it up, wash it, fold it, and bring it back.
Wash-and-fold priced by the pound. You see the rate before you book; we weigh it when we collect it, and you pay for exactly that. Nothing is charged until the work is done.
What it costs
Same-day is offered before a daily cutoff and while there is room; if it isn’t available when you book, you’ll see standard and priority instead.
How it works
Choose a turnaround, tell us where and when, and save a card. Nothing is charged today.
We pick up your laundry and weigh it. The weight, at your rate, is your price — you see it on your receipt.
Your laundry is washed separately from everyone else's, dried to your preference, and folded.
We return it, and charge your card once — for the weight we recorded, never less than the minimum.
What we handle, and what we don’t
We don’t do
- • Dry cleaning, or anything labelled dry-clean-only
- • Stain removal as a guarantee — we treat what we can, we do not promise a result
- • Ironing or pressing beyond a standard fold
- • Repairs, alterations or reweaving
- • Leather, suede, fur, or wedding and formal gowns
We can’t accept
- • Items soiled with blood, bodily fluids or other biohazards
- • Anything showing signs of pests or infestation
- • Items contaminated with oil, solvent, paint or other flammable or hazardous substances
We follow care labels and treat stains where we can, but we do not guarantee a stain will come out. Please empty pockets first.
Questions
How is the price worked out?
By weight. You pick a per-pound rate and a turnaround; we weigh your laundry when we collect it and charge that weight times the rate, never less than the minimum. You see the weight and the final price on your receipt.
When am I charged?
Once, after we weigh your laundry — never at booking. We save a card so we can charge it after the work, exactly as our cleaning service does.
What can't you take?
Dry-clean-only items, and anything contaminated with blood, bodily fluids, oil, solvent or other hazards, or showing signs of pests. We set those aside and return them unwashed.
What if something is lost or damaged?
Tell us within 7 days of getting your laundry back and we will make it right — up to the lesser of the item's value or 10 times what you paid to launder it, and no more than $50 for a single item or $250 for the order. Empty pockets before pickup; we are not responsible for items left in them.
