Picking a date sends a request, not a confirmation. A $75 deposit holds a slot once we have confirmed the job, and it comes off your total.
How this one is priced
By home size, from the published table. If your layout is one of the three we quote most often, you see the range before you send anything.
If your home is not one of those three, you will not get an invented number. We price it by hand from your photos.
Heavy buildup moves a job off the table too. There is no published surcharge for it, so we quote it rather than guess at one.
