Is there a walkthrough or key handover straight after

If there is, put the time in the notes below. We schedule around a deadline rather than discover it.

Will floors, counters and surfaces be clear when we arrive

We clean surfaces, we don't pack them. If boxes and furniture will still be in the way, say so and we'll quote the time it actually takes.

Has there been renovation, remodeling or construction work recently

Construction dust settles for weeks and comes back after the first clean. If there has been work, we price the job properly rather than discover it on the day.
